  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day

We offer delivery across all major locations in India.

However, delivery availability may vary depending on:

  • Remote or rural locations

  • Courier service coverage


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 working days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

👉 Delivery time may vary due to external factors like weather, logistics delays, or regional restrictions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected or all products

  • In some cases, shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via:

    • SMS

    • WhatsApp

    • Email

  • You can track your order in real-time using the provided tracking link


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected locations

  • Additional COD charges may apply (if applicable)

  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged

  • Opened or tampered

  • Do not accept the delivery OR

  • Record an unboxing video immediately

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details

  • Bhumi Agro is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
