शुल्क वापसी की नीति

This policy applies to all orders placed through the Bhumi Agro website and other official platforms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returns or refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged or defective
The product received is incorrect or missing
The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition, with all packaging, labels, and invoices intact

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our support team:

Your request must include:

Order Number
(Available in order confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS or your account section)
Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
A clear and continuous video showing:
- Shipping label on sealed package
- Outer box condition
- Complete unboxing without cuts
Brief description of the issue

❗ Requests without proper video proof will not be processed.

3. Special Conditions & Exceptions

a) Damaged / Missing / Incorrect Products

Unboxing video must be continuous and unedited
Video will be verified with dispatch records

b) Product Performance or Effectiveness

We do not provide refunds based on product performance.

Agricultural results depend on multiple external factors such as:

Soil quality
Climate conditions
Water availability
Crop stage & usage method

These factors are beyond our control.

c) Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without charges
If already shipped, the following deductions apply:
- Payment gateway charges (approx. 3% + GST)
- Shipping / freight charges

d) Refund Verification (KYC Requirement)

For approved refunds, customers must provide:

Cancelled cheque or bank passbook photo
Valid ID proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Voter ID)

👉 Bank details must match the order name

All data is handled securely as per applicable laws.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Product will be inspected after return
Once approved, refund will be processed within 15 working days
Confirmation will be shared via SMS / Email

5. Legal Disclaimer

This policy is subject to Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
Bhumi Agro is not responsible for courier delays but will assist in resolution
All disputes are subject to applicable jurisdiction in India
